We are going to run a competition every fortnight
Everyone is invited to take part.
THIS WEEK’S COMPETITION:
Our next competition begins on Tuesday 28th April and ends on 15th May. We are back to a writing competition and the theme is New Life. This can be as creative as pupils wish. A Scifi about discovering new life in space, a birth, new life on a farm, anything that connects to the topic. Entries should be less than 750 words and entrants should remember to give their age.
There will be a small prize for each group winner and winning entries will be published on line. Each competition will reflect a different skill.
Please send your entries to
competition@cliftondiocese.com
you must include on a cover sheet

your age
your school
winning entries will be published online
Last week’s Competition winners:
Easter Garden Competition
There were some really creative entries for this competition, and it was really hard to single out one entry in each competition. We would like to thank everyone for taking part and brightening up our day with their entry.
In the under 8 category the winner was Alexander Francis-Majo. This was not a conventional design but a reworking of the Easter Story in Lego.
Our runners up in this section were Anastasia Nash , Arthur Hunt, Alberto Musghi and Luke Beech
In the 8-12 Section our winner was Esther Watkins and our runners up were Julius from St Patrick’s, Leo Claridge and Chloe Chaplow
We had some combined entries for this competition and a special award goes to Samson and Benjamin Jacobs from St Francis school in Nailsea. We particularly liked the way they incorporated prayers for others into their design.
Our runners up in this section were …Veronica Celeste, Edith and Edwin Andrewartha and Grace and Luke Pipkin.
Many thanks to all who entered.
