This training is to help Governors, Directors, Clerks, Governance Leads/Professionals and staff gain an understanding of the legal and Bishop’s requirements for considering In-Year applications, ranking new intake applications, and determining admission arrangements all in accordance with legislation.
Aims of the Training
- provide guidance on some of the legal requirement of the School Admissions Code.
- provide guidance on the processes for considering in-year applications.
- provide guidance on the ranking of new intake applications.
- provide guidance on oversubscription criteria and the process for determining admission arrangements in accordance with the Bishop’s requirement and legislation.
The cost of this training will be charged to the school.
